As we all look forward to the 4th of July this year, my hope is that it is more than just barbecues, parades and fireworks. Let’s remember the meaning of Independence Day. The hopes and dreams that our forefathers had for this country.

It is such a blessing for a young girl when she has the opportunity to care for a horse. The hard work, dedication, and responsibility required is so worth it at the end of the day because the friendship and bond shared with that horse is priceless.
