It is so much fun to watch the sweet innocence and curiosity of a two year old. This little lady did not want to sit still for more than a few seconds. But why should she? There is just so much to discover.

I’m definitely not what you would call a baby whisperer. Actually, I’m really good at waking babies up, which is why I don’t normally photograph newborns. But… I LOVE this family so much that I couldn’t resist the chance to get a peek at their little angel and capture this moment in time forever. Although this normally very sleepy baby was pretty much awake the whole time, we still managed to get a few precious shots. I am so loving all the little wrinkles, I can’t stop smiling.

Graduating from high school is such an exciting, yet sometimes intimidating time in our life. What do you do next? What twists and turns does the future have in store for you? Well, for this sweet thing the possibilities are endless…really. All you have to do is take one look at her to know that there is nothing she won’t be able to conquer. She can even move mountains if need be. Look close…do you see it? I do.

I didn’t want to leave 2013 behind without sharing more fall mini sessions. Those months leading up to Christmas can be so crazy and chaotic. I’m happy I was able to capture some precious family moments.

My sister has always been my favorite person. She’s there for me at all times, ever faithful and trustworthy. My confidant….my hero. I see so much of these same qualities in these two girls. It is really fun to sit back and watch this beautiful relationship. While working on these photographs a couple of words kept coming to mind. Strength…Determination…Intelligence…Extreme Talent …and duh… unbelievably GORGEOUS!! They’re so beautiful it almost hurts your eyes to look. There is truly tons of goodness wrapped up and around these two. I love them so much!
Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own…forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:12-14
